– Cooled by Whipple – Dual-Pass Dual-Core Intercooler
This is not a bolt-on solution — it’s a fully integrated cooling system. We partnered directly with Whipple to use their proven dual-pass, dual-core intercooler, which has already powered 1500+ HP blower builds. Now, that same tech is embedded inside a front-feed billet intake designed specifically for turbo and centrifugal applications.

Every intake is precision-cut from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum for ultimate strength and flow consistency. The plenum and runners are machined in-house by TTR CNC, ensuring flawless port alignment, optimal airflow characteristics, and structural integrity under high boost.

Our runner layout was developed with real-world performance in mind. With a runner length that supports both midrange torque and high-RPM breathing, this manifold offers the best of both worlds — especially critical in turbo and blower applications where throttle response and peak power matter equally.

Many billet intercooler manifolds on the market require extreme hoods or no hood at all. We took a different approach. This manifold sits low enough to fit under stock or mildly modified hoods, with consideration given to firewall clearance, brake booster fitment, and other underhood constraints.
